Rental Info & Policies
- Key Allegro
Properties, L.L.C. offers a vast array of vacation homes
and condominiums. Each
property is individually owned and attractively furnished
and is complete with linens, towels, kitchen equipment,
dishes and utensils, washer and dryer, television with basic
cable service, and telephone with local service.
Please bring your towels for beach and pool use.
An initial supply of bathroom soap, toilet paper,
paper towels, and trash bags are provided for your arrival
convenience. Any
additional supplies needed are your responsibility to
purchase. Occupancy
is limited to sleeping arrangements provided for each
property.
- RESERVATIONS:
Call our office at (361)729-2772 or (800)385-1597
to check availability and book your reservation.
A major credit card is required to confirm your
reservation.
- DEPOSITS:
A security deposit is required within 2 weeks of making a
reservation. This
amount will be applied to short term rentals upon arrival. If damage is found upon departure, or extra cleaning is
necessary, additional charges may be applied to the credit
card on file. Longer
term rentals require the deposit to be held until the
property is checked for damages upon departure.
In the event damage is found or extra cleaning is
necessary, additional charges may be applied to the credit
card on file.
- RENTAL RATES:
Rates are set by each individual owner.
Assignment of rentals and rates are subject to change
without notice. There
is a 13% Hotel Occupancy tax added to any stay less than 30
days.
- METHOD OF
PAYMENT: We accept cash, checks, and most major credit
cards. Full
payment is due upon arrival of short term rentals.
Longer term rentals require first month’s rent upon
arrival.
- CHECK IN
& CHECK OUT: Check
in time is 3:00pm. You
will come to our office to check in and get keys and
directions to the property.
If necessary, arrangements can be made for late check
ins. Check out
time is 11:00am unless previous arrangements have been made.
Additional charges will be assessed for any late
check outs. Keys
must be returned to our office.
There will be a locksmith charge to the credit card
on file if you do not return the keys.
- CANCELLATION
POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 15 days prior
to your arrival date for a full refund.
The effective date is noted on your
reservation confirmation.
- PETS:
No pets are allowed in the properties.
If you require a pet friendly property, you must
inquire at time of making your reservation.
We have a few homes that will allow pets with
owner’s approval for a non-refundable fee.
- MAID SERVICE:
The homes are cleaned before & after each rental.
Maid service is available during your stay for an
additional fee. If
the owner has provided a grill for your use, please leave it
clean for the next guest.
If we have to clean the grill after you, there will
be a $25 fee charged to you.
